    1. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of the date of receiving the product<\/strong>, with no obligation to provide any reason.<\/p>\n

      Important<\/strong>: According to Art. 59, letter e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products<\/strong> that are not suitable for return due to hygienic or health-protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery. Therefore, dietary supplements can only be returned if the packaging is intact, sealed and unused.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Please also note that partial refunds are not allowed<\/strong>. In the case of multi-pack purchases (e.g., 3-, 6-, or 12-month packs), it is not possible to request a refund for individual units<\/strong>, even if some unopened packages are still intact. The right of withdrawal applies only to the entire purchased pack, if it is completely intact.<\/p>\n

      1. Return of Defective or Damaged Products<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        In accordance with Articles 128\u2013135 of the Consumer Code<\/strong>, in the case of defective products or products not compliant with the order, the customer is entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.<\/strong><\/p>\n

        To activate the return procedure for manufacturing defects, the customer must send an email within 7 days of delivery of the product<\/strong> to the following address: supporto@synergo-procent.com<\/a>, indicating:<\/p>\n
